Blackboard Connect service
We are pleased to announce the launch of the Blackboard Connect service, the new county-to-resident notification system. Thanks to Blackboard Connect service, county leaders can send personalized voice messages to businesses and residents within minutes with specific information about time-sensitive or common-interest issues such as local community matters and emergencies. This service will be used to supplement our current communication plans and augment public safety/first responder services.
